At Launch Allied Health, we work with teenagers who are on the NDIS or applying. We’re here to support you in building the skills you want, meeting new people, and working towards goals that matter to you.
Our team gets that being a teenager comes with its own challenges—and that support should actually make sense for your age and stage of life. We take a neuro-affirming, strengths-based approach, which means we focus on what you're good at, how you see the world, and what you want for your future.
Based in the Perth Hills (and around), we’re here to help bridge the gap between paediatric and adult services — with support that’s real, relevant, and respectful.
Launch Allied Health Services Checklist:
Our Launch Allied Health team conduct sessions in a range of settings. We offer a flexible and mobile service, giving the ability to maintain reliability and consistency in our programs.
At Launch Allied Health, our Occupational Therapy service supports teenagers to build the skills and confidence they need for everyday life. This could include, managing school or work, building routines, or improving social connections.
We take a strengths-based, neuro-affirming approach — focusing on what each young person can do, what they want to achieve, and how we can support them to get there.
We also offer Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs), which provide a clear picture of current abilities and future goals. These assessments include a detailed report with recommendations for supports and services, which can be used as evidence when applying for or updating NDIS funding.
Whether you're a teen working towards more independence, or a parent looking for the right supports, we're here to help create a plan that makes sense.
